Meet the people who support your business’s next chapter. Our executive team leads The Well & Co and supports the leaders of our operating businesses. For an owner considering a transition, these are the people responsible for acquisition decisions and the specialist support that business leaders and teams can draw on under group ownership. Terepai Junior — Founder and CEO. Leads group strategy, direction and capital allocation. Terepai’s experience of owning and operating businesses began before The Well & Co’s registration. He founded the group and now brings that background to acquisitions, company leadership and long-term stewardship. His focus is on the direction of the group and where it commits capital, alongside the executives and company leaders responsible for its businesses. Sofia Galazio — Chief of Staff. Leads executive coordination and keeps the CEO’s priorities moving across the group. Sofia’s understanding of the group grew through the practical work of supporting its CEO. She joined The Well & Co as Operations Assistant in 2022 and continued in that role through 2023–2024, before she transitioned to Chief of Staff in 2025. Today, within the Office of the CEO, she connects that company knowledge with executive communication, group reporting and follow-through on agreed priorities. Renee Victoria — Chief Financial Officer. Leads group finance, financial governance and controls. Renee is the longest-serving member of the team, with a career rooted in operations. Employed since 2018, she progressed from Operations Manager to Chief Operating Officer before becoming Chief Financial Officer. She headhunted Karen Naidoo to succeed her in operations. Today, Renee brings that operating experience to group financial planning, treasury, financial due diligence and compliance, connecting the financial responsibilities of ownership with the needs of company leaders. Mitchell Thornycroft — Chief Legal Officer. Leads group legal affairs and governance. Mitchell supports the legal work involved in acquiring and owning businesses, from reviewing contracts to considering corporate structures and regulatory responsibilities. His contribution connects acquisition decisions with the group’s ongoing legal and governance obligations. He was working within the group by 12 April 2026 and now leads its legal affairs and governance as Chief Legal Officer. Alex Ganji — Chief Business Officer. Leads commercial growth, client relationships and partnerships across the group. Alex’s path into commercial leadership started with community and client relationships. His work began in community engagement in January 2025 and moved into national client care by March 2025. In July 2026, his remit expanded to cross-business commercial work. As Chief Business Officer, he brings that client-facing background to sales, negotiations, partnerships and developing opportunities across the group. Karen Naidoo — Chief Operating Officer. Leads group operations and execution, working with company leaders on delivery and operating performance. Karen’s work centres on the day-to-day demands of delivering services: deploying people, maintaining delivery standards and supporting company leaders. Renee Victoria headhunted Karen as her successor in operations. Karen began as National Operations Director on 21 July 2025, entering the group in senior operating leadership. As Chief Operating Officer, her responsibility now spans group operations and execution, working with company leaders on delivery and operating performance. Marion Daguinsin — Chief People Officer. Leads people strategy, recruitment and workforce development across the group. Recruitment is only one part of Marion’s work with people. Her experience also spans onboarding, workforce planning and helping service-delivery teams prepare for their work. Her background includes a People & Culture role that began on 3 July 2024. As Chief People Officer, she brings that practical workforce experience to people strategy, recruitment and workforce development across the group. For an owner considering the future of a business, who will lead it matters. Company leaders manage their businesses and teams, supported by group executives in finance, legal affairs, operations, people and commercial growth. Together, they carry the responsibilities of long-term ownership. Group Executive Team: The parent-group leaders responsible for direction, capital, acquisitions and specialist support across the businesses. Group Team: Everyone working within the parent group, including its executives and support staff. Not every group team member is an executive. Company General Managers: The operating model gives each company its own general manager, responsible for day-to-day performance and leading its team, with group support and oversight. Company Teams: The people delivering each business’s services and supporting its customers. They belong to their own operating company, with its distinct identity and responsibilities.
